Data about sample's quality, quantity moisture, ash, volatile matter, fixed carbon, usefully obtained via analysis plants. Because bamboo shoots have important health benefits, current study concentrated on using them to produce items. aim was highest-quality desserts less expensive ingredients while maintaining high profile. shoot had relatively highfibre content (24.44%), protein (3.26%), low-fat (1.46%), energy (244.01 kcal), ash(1.50), moisture (18.11%) according its approximate composition.
